By enhancing content understanding, we aim to provide a more seamless user experience through improved search, recommendation, and content moderation. Additionally, our LLMs will help identify and prevent internet abuse and fraud on our platform.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful short-term projects, gaining valuable professional experience and insights into your career interests.
You will develop practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and gain a deeper understanding of your career aspirations.
We encourage applications from talented individuals who can commit to at least a 3-month internship period.
Job Responsibilities- Drive core technology development for large language model code direction, continuously optimizing code comprehension, reasoning, and generation capabilities.
- Focus on improving code comprehension, reasoning, and generation capabilities in real-world production codebases, enhancing TikTok service code performance and privacy compliance.
- Explore Code Agent capabilities suitable for actual business production environments, and improve TikTok R&D efficiency.
- PhD with top AI conference papers in ML/CV/NLP required.
- Excellent coding ability, data structures, and fundamental algorithm skills, proficient in C/C++ or Python, with a strong background in competitions such as ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, Kaggle, etc.
- In-depth research experience in Machine Learning, with a particular emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for tackling challenging problems.
- Passion for technology, good communication skills, and team spirit.
