Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As an Administrative Support Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tuition centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients, parents, and students.
  • Assist in promoting centre courses and providing course consultation to prospective parents and students.
  • Coordinate and facilitate classes for the centre, including supervising Chinese homework and spelling for primary school children.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to student and course registration matters.
  • Take attendance and assign classrooms to teachers and students for daily courses.
  • Communicate with tutors, parents, and students regarding class schedules, changes, and other important matters.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and taking photos of classes.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Ability to work for 2 weekdays, 11am to 5.40pm (Mondays & Fridays), and closed on public holidays.
  • Commitment to working for the full duration of the contract (1 year).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept with technology.
  • Ability to work as a team and possess a good working attitude.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese.
