The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional service support to customers by managing bookings, responding to inquiries, and offering administrative assistance.
- Manage bookings efficiently and effectively.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Assist with any other tasks assigned by your superior.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE O Level qualifications.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
