Job Description
The Quality Control Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and purity. This position is responsible for conducting internal quality controls, monitoring and recording inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms, and preparing quality analyses and reports. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and instrumentation, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect and test materials, in-process products, and finished goods
* Document inspection results, test data, and quality reports
* Identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions
* Coordinate and ensure Stability testing adhere to timelines
* Conduct routine and non-routine chemistry and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process formulations, and final products to established specifications

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a science discipline (Chemistry, Biology, or Microbiology)
* 1-3 years of laboratory experience in related field
* Wet chemistry experience preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory equipment operation
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
