Early Childhood Educator Job Description">

This position is ideal for passionate educators who love working with young children and believe in their future success. As a preschool educator, you will work closely with the centre principal and teachers to develop and implement lesson plans that cater to children's diverse needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine lesson plans aligned with the Bright Kids curriculum
  • Implement differentiated teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of children
  • Inculcate core values of Early Childhood Education through classroom activities
  • Design quality learning environments
  • Enhance trusting relationships with children through classroom curriculum
  • Implement health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene standards
  • Co-lead collaborative projects with community stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
  • Strong communication skills to maintain relationships with parents, colleagues, and supervisors
  • Patience, flexibility, and passion for teaching young children
