Job Title: Emergency Medical Transport Specialist

At our organization, we seek a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Emergency Medical Transport Specialist. This dynamic role requires the ability to work efficiently and effectively in high-pressure situations while providing top-notch patient care.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Operating ambulances safely and efficiently to transport patients to medical facilities.
  • Coordinating scheduled patient transfers, hospital discharges, and responding to emergency and non-emergency cases.
  • Assisting medical personnel with loading and unloading patients from the ambulance.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the ambulance by performing routine checks and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with all traffic laws, safety protocols, and operational procedures.

Our ideal candidate will have a valid Class 3 driver's license, at least 2 years of driving experience, and previous experience in defensive driving. Certification or experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is advantageous. They must also be physically fit and able to assist with patient transfers. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach are essential for success in this role.
