About the Role

This is a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and providing actionable insights to support our leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of local laws and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Perform timely reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping

  • Handle invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
  • Record and process accounts payable and staff claims efficiently.

Financial Reporting:

  • Produce comprehensive financial reports related to financial statements and management reports.

Compliance and Audits:

  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including IRAS Corporate Tax, GST submission, ACRA annual filing, and other statutory filings.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Liaise with corporate secretary on corporate secretarial matters.

Variance Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on financial data analysis.

Consolidation and Reporting:

  • Review consolidation packages prepared by subsidiary companies.
  • Report consolidated financial data to the headquarters.

Ad-Hoc Duties:

  • Perform any additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.
