Product Development Leadership
- We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and enhancement of investment products, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory standards.
- This senior management role involves overseeing the full product lifecycle, including implementation of fund changes and rationalization initiatives.
- A strong academic background in Finance, Business, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 10 years of proven experience within the asset management industry is necessary.
- Demonstrates expertise in product development and lifecycle management, familiarity with UCITS frameworks is a plus.
- Technically proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and Morningstar Direct.
- A senior management role within an asset management firm that is top 10 largest globally.
- Shape investment philosophies and product development without P&L pressures.
- Hybrid work arrangements and top line staff benefits.
