Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our engineering team. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of technical executives/technicians for troubleshooting works
  • Managing the purchase of major supply and repair items alongside with supervision and execution of preventive and condition monitoring of major electrical equipment
  • Handling hands-on preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance work
  • Coordinating with clients and subcontractors to meet the site/project requirements
  • Carrying out rectification of faults within a specified time
  • In-charge of troubleshooting of M&E system
  • Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities

Requirements for this role include:

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Technical knowledge of M&E systems(including, but not limited to, fire protection systems, AV systems and ACMV systems) is an added advantage
  • Able to perform shift work if required
