Production Manager

Join GREEN ENERGY INVESTMENT HOLDING PRIVATE LIMITED as a Production Manager and lead the execution of hydrogen production systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing hydrogen production processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and yield.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead discipline production teams to support project execution and product development.
- Manage and optimize hydrogen production processes, including steam methane reforming, electrolysis, or biomass gasification.
- Ensure on-time submittal of production deliverables, including drawings, engineering lists, specifications, digital data, and responses to internal and external requests for information.
- Develop production process control procedures and report periodically with actionable metrics for management.
- Optimize priorities in production activities to minimize risk and maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Work closely with other departments to align production goals with overall plant objectives.
- Prepare and manage the production budget, seeking opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality and safety.
- Identify and resolve operational issues swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
- Direct the continuous review of production programs and the formulation of new or revised procedures to effect improvements, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
- Education Background: A bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field with minimum 8 years relevant experience in production management.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of hydrogen production technologies, chemistry, and process engineering.
- Leadership: Ability to effectively lead a diverse team and drive performance through motivation and support.
- Problem-Solving: Proficient in identifying problems and implementing effective solutions quickly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with various stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and team members.
- Project Management: Skills in managing multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
