Advanced AI Software Engineer

As a software engineer in our Generative AI team, you will own the end-to-end development of AI-driven solutions that redefine how we provide support and automation for both internal teams and external customers.
Our team is responsible for building cutting-edge AI solutions that enable us to scale. You will shape the underlying architecture and APIs for advanced systems, directly influencing innovation and setting best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building AI solutions to drive growth and internal efficiency across the business
- Designing and implementing robust API and system architecture for new AI applications
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring these AI solutions to life
- Embracing the challenges of a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on innovation
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with 2+ years of experience in backend software development, focusing on AI. Key skills include:
- Experience building internal or customer-facing products with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proficiency in Python
- Expertise in building efficient, large-scale software systems
- Skill in writing high-quality, maintainable code
- Experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed, high concurrency, high load, high availability systems
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
