Job Role: Kindergarten Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Kindergarten Care Worker. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care and education to young children aged 4 to 6.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with and managing children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. They will implement age-appropriate programmes and activities that support holistic growth, foster positive values, and provide guidance to support children's character development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Childcare and Education: Engage with and manage children aged 4 to 6 in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
  • Programme Implementation: Implement age-appropriate programmes and activities that support holistic growth.
  • Character Development: Foster positive values and provide guidance to support children's character development.
  • Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication on their child's development and achievements.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will hold a WSQ Student Care Centre - Early Years (EY) qualification or equivalent. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both children and parents.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available to accommodate family commitments.
