FinTech Product Manager

As a skilled Business Analyst in the FinTech industry, you will be responsible for managing various applications and ensuring smooth project execution.

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial concept to launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Participate in key project activities such as Market Research, Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training, and Implementation.
  • Perform market research, analyze competitors, and gather user feedback to guide product decisions.
  • Prioritize the product backlog to ensure it aligns with business objectives.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate product performance after launch.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create comprehensive project documentation and ensure all team members are aligned on project tasks.
  • Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures to manage them effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Executive in the FinTech industry.
  • Knowledge of software development and web technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to handle Chinese-speaking clients.
