Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business stakeholders in the procurement-to-payment process, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and publish tender documents, onboard vendors, and track performance.
  • Ensure procurement policies and procedures are complied with, adhering to service level agreements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing processes, utilizing low-code tools such as Power Automate.
  • Provide customer-oriented support to business stakeholders with procurement-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy, Business, or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, with some experience in compliance and governance roles.
  • Good understanding of the procurement function and some accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage business stakeholders.
  • Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in systems such as SAP and electronic procurement systems.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:

A three-year contract will be offered in the first instance.
