Responsibilities
The Senior Assistant Manager (SCE) will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve student engagement and participation in overseas and local social community projects.
  • Providing guidance and support to student clubs and societies on their annual workplans and budgeting.
  • Managing project grants, including disbursements, monitoring compliance with grant terms, and preparing reports for NTU senior management and programme funders.
Requirements
A good degree from a recognised university and at least 5 years of relevant work experience are required. Strong intrinsic motivation, knowledge of service-learning activities, and grant administration experience are also essential. Comfortable managing multiple dynamic projects concurrently and possessing excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
