Port Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned Port Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional Guest experiences at various home ports across the Asia-Pacific Region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure seamless and consistent Guest experiences, aligned with Disney's Five Keys – Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Port Service Managers and vendors, driving professional development, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance both Cast and Guest experiences, while maintaining contractual service levels and operating standards.
- Manage terminal operations, including enhancements, custodial services, parking, and décor, to maintain a superior Guest show environment.
- Support online check-in efforts, monitor engagement and adoption rates, and collaborate with shore-side partners to verify and validate Guest submissions.
- Build and nurture relationships with government officials, third-party vendors, and industry stakeholders to ensure successful operations.
- Proven track record in port operations management, with expertise in terminal management, vendor oversight, and process improvement.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Disney's culture and values, with a commitment to upholding the Five Keys.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
