Job Description\

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of cutting-edge automation solutions. Your expertise in robotics and automation systems will enable you to develop robust and efficient system solutions.

Key Responsibilities\
  • \
  • Designing and Testing PLC Programs: Develop and implement PLC programs for Keyence, Mitsubishi, and other similar systems to ensure seamless integration with robotic arms and automation systems.\
  • Reading and Interpreting Electrical Schematics: Utilize electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts to guarantee proper integration between PLCs, sensors, actuators, and motor drives.\
  • Programming Robotic Arms: Integrate robotic arms with automation systems using advanced programming techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency.\
  • Machine Vision Applications: Develop and deploy machine vision applications using Keyence and Cognex to improve quality control and inspection processes.\
  • LabVIEW-Based Control Systems: Design and implement LabVIEW-based control and test automation systems to streamline production processes and reduce downtime.\
  • Interfacing with Industrial Hardware: Interface LabVIEW with PLCs, sensors, and other industrial hardware to enable real-time monitoring and control.\
  • Overseeing Development: Lead the development of robotics and automation systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.\

Requirements\
  • \
  • Education: Minimum diploma or degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical engineering.\
  • Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in robotic automation fields.\
