As a leader in this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop junior staff, build internal and external relationships, and provide tailored technical advice to clients on transactions.

Key responsibilities include managing client engagements, performing ASK / ACAP reviews, mentoring and developing junior staff, building internal and external relationships, providing Indirect Tax advisory and compliance services to clients, ensuring effective navigation of GST-related matters in the Financial services industry, working within a growing team, tackling the challenges of the dynamic indirect tax landscape, and managing a diverse range of issues from routine compliance tasks to complex cross-border transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with 4-6 years of Singapore GST advisory experience within an international accounting firm, as part of an in-house tax team or IRAS. Previous Financial Services GST experience will be an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or other business-related field is required. An accreditation with SCTP would be an added advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical mind, meticulous, ability to work under tight deadlines, are essential.
