**Job Opportunity:** Senior Management Roles in Community Care Sector
**About the Role**: We are seeking experienced professionals to join our community care sector as senior management associates. The successful candidates will be part of a team responsible for supporting organisational growth and development.**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support organisational growth and development through effective leadership and management skills.
- Assist in recruiting and developing suitable managerial and leadership talents.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve organisational objectives.
**Eligibility Criteria:**
- Candidates must not have been employed by any community care organisation in the last six months.
- They must have at least 8 years of managerial/leadership experience.
- The position offered must be part of the senior management team or report directly to a member of the senior management team.
- Candidates should not have adverse reference checks.
- A baseline salary of at least $6,000/month is required.
- Candidates must not be funded under this scheme previously through any community care organisation.
