Job Title: Balloon Stylist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Balloon Stylist. As a Balloon Stylist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning balloon arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent craftsmanship skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to inflate, layer, arrange, and finish balloons, including ribboning, tying, and weight preparation.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Your role will involve assisting with product photoshoots and styling setups, supporting fulfilment tasks, and participating in stock unpacking, sorting, and replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing balloon arrangements that meet customer specifications
  • Inflate, layer, arrange, and finish balloons, including ribboning, tying, and weight preparation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist with product photoshoots and styling setups
  • Support fulfilment tasks, including packing parcels, labelling, and preparing accessory items
  • Participate in stock unpacking, sorting, and replenishment
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g. arts, design)
  • Excellent craftsmanship skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, if necessary
