As a senior architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company by working on large-scale mixed-use commercial and residential developments, as well as healthcare projects.

Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding our team towards achieving project goals, targets, and milestone dates.

In addition to your technical skills, we seek candidates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can effectively manage a team and take responsibility for independent project management without supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading large mixed-use commercial and residential development projects with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
  • Developing and detailing healthcare projects with a minimum of 20 years of experience.
  • Managing and supervising a team to achieve project goals, targets, and milestone dates.
Requirements:
  • BOA Registered Architect preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge and application of Singapore building regulations and codes.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and projects independently without supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
