PST Job Description
As a Linux System Administration Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of PST's IT infrastructure. This position requires a strong background in Linux administration, automation, and a good understanding of Large Language Model (LLM).

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Linux Administrator
- At least 1 leadership or people management experience

Your Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Implement advanced scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages for automation and process optimization
- Collaborate with the IT Admin Lead to develop and implement IT strategies and policies
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Ensure continuity in team operations during the IT Admin Lead's absence
