**Job Opportunity for Contract Specialist**

In our organization, we are looking for a highly skilled Contract Specialist to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in managing procurement and contract administration. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career and contribute to the success of our projects.

The key responsibilities of this role include reviewing contract documents, providing cost estimates for tenders, preparing and monitoring project budgets and cash flow, managing contract progress claims, subcontract payments, and variation claims. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving contract disputes and assessing claims for extensions of time and additional costs, independently leading and managing large-scale projects, maintaining records of contract-related correspondence and documentation, communicating contract information to stakeholders, and ensuring timely finalization of contracts.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering/ Building or related fields and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management. You should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, problem solving abilities, as well as a keen interest and motivation in a high growth and entrepreneur environment. A high level of integrity, dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result-oriented approach is essential.
