This role is responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, civil engineering or a related field.
The successful candidate will be able to coordinate and review architectural drawings and documents, liaise with architects, consultants and contractors to ensure design clarifications are met.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Architectural Coordinator will need to monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with building codes and regulations and conduct site inspections to resolve any architectural discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and review architectural drawings and documents
- Liaise with architects, consultants and contractors for design clarifications
- Monitor construction progress to align with the architectural design
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any architectural discrepancies
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination or architectural roles
- Previous experience working on large-scale construction projects is an advantage

- Proficiency in REVIT and all Microsoft Office Suite programs
