Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Database Development Lead to oversee the creation and implementation of our Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) databases. This role is crucial in ensuring that our CMMS databases meet the required specifications and functionality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of database developers to deliver high-quality CMMS databases within agreed-upon schedules and milestones. They will also ensure seamless handovers of CMMS databases to clients, meeting all contractual and specification requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Database Delivery: Establish and deliver CMMS New CMMS Database as per planned schedule & milestones.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure CMMS database handover acceptance as per agreed specifications and functionality with client.
  • Data Coordination: Coordinate of Data information requirement with EPCI group, project managers and client.
  • Team Guidance: Guides and ensures Data base build team members follow project specification standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Uploading and vetting quality of final data to be included in the CMMS as per project specification.
  • Status Reporting: Provide monthly reports on the status of all databases under construction.
  • Implementation Support: Assist if necessary on board installation and handover of newly established CMMS systems for new projects.
  • Remediation Projects: Implementation of CMMS database remediation projects as per agreed work scope with client.
  • Change Management: Support & Assist in implementation of Change requests in the CMMS
  • Maintenance Strategies: Assist CMMS Team Leader in development and Implementation of maintenance strategies in CMMS for Operational Assets
  • Process Improvement: Identify and assist in the implementation of improvements and modifications to existing MODEC standard systems at Operational Business Unit Level.
  • Training and Support: Conduct Plan Maintenance Module Training for CMMS users in support to CMMS team goals and objective.
  • Liaison Role: Liaise with all members of the Operations Support Team Singapore.
  • Data Population: Liaise with local operations, Pre-Operations team and/or project groups for data population requirements for the CMMS database.
  • Specialist Collaboration: Liaises with New projects group and specialist vendors at the request of the Asset Integrity Manager.
