Portfolio Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and defining the scope of programs and individual projects, developing detailed project plans, and managing and mitigating project risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and define the scope of programs and individual projects
  • Develop detailed project plans and key objectives with progress tracking
  • Define tasks and required resources to manage projects and teams
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to execute projects under the portfolio
  • Manage and mitigate project risks to deliver on-time and within budget
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Report portfolio status and escalate issues to senior management as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in the financial sector, with a strong background in project management and portfolio management. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to bridge business needs and technical requirements.

  • Experience in managing large-scale projects in corporate banking is essential
  • Strong appreciation of digitalization and its application to the financial industry
  • Ability to lead discussions with senior management and build consensus
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
