Family Photographer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Photographer to contribute to our professional services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family photography, ensuring high-quality images for our clients.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-studio family portrait sessions with a professional approach, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for families.
  • The photographer will direct and pose families, including young children and pets, to capture flattering compositions.
  • Preparation and management of photography equipment, lighting, backdrops, and props before each session will be essential.
  • The Family Photographer must adapt to different group sizes, family dynamics, and age groups with patience and creativity.
  • Optimal camera settings, lighting, and set arrangements will be used to capture high-quality images.
  • Retailing, resizing, and enhancing photos using Adobe Photoshop or other photo editing software will be required.
  • The Family Photographer will organize and deliver image files on time, meeting our studio standards.
  • Excellent customer service, including assisting with photo selection and product upselling, is essential.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in family photography is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with strong photo editing and retouching skills is essential.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive and professional attitude are necessary.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to delivering high standards are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for composition and aesthetics is required.
