Job Description:

The Singapore Children's Society is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Lead Practitioner for its KidSTART programme. The KidSTART programme provides essential support services to low-income families in the areas of early childhood development, health, and social support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality programmes and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance programme effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including parents, caregivers, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Take on a limited caseload to maintain skills and stay connected with field operations.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience in early childhood development or social services.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SSNET and Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions:
This position will be based at our Bedok office, requiring occasional evening and Saturday work.
