Job Summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Drafter (ACMV/HVAC) to join our team. As a Drafter (ACMV/HVAC), you will be responsible for creating and updating technical drawings and documents for building services projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Drafting: Prepare and update ACMV shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Quality Control: Maintain and update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawings as directed by superiors.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with designers and site engineers to ensure accurate and quality drawings.
  • Documentation: Maintain drawing records and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD applications (2D & 3D), well-versed in building services, especially ducting and piping in industrial and commercial developments.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet tight drawing schedules.
