Job Description

As a skilled and detail-oriented Care Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the billing, subvention processes, and subsidy applications for Home Care Services. This role involves performing general administrative duties, including filing and managing documentation, as well as handling phone enquiries and facilitating communication regarding healthcare administrative and financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer billing and subvention processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of Home Care Service applications.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing and managing documentation, to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
  • Handle phone enquiries and facilitate communication with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders regarding healthcare administrative and financial matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a diploma in science-related subjects or equivalent qualifications, such as GCE 'O' Level with accounting or mathematics subjects. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Administration and Finance in a healthcare setting. You should also be a strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented, and able to identify work-related enquiries and communicate them clearly and effectively.
