The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled executives in Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing. The training programme consists of 15 months of local attachment with GSK, providing hands-on experience in analytical activities, including setting up advanced equipment and evaluating analytical method technology.

  • Support the full spectrum of analytical activities, including setting up advanced equipment, analytical method technology evaluation, and optimization.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. We offer a comprehensive training programme, including on-the-job training, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to support your career growth and development.
