Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for various AI agent applications.

  • Develop and optimize traditional OCR systems for document digitization and text extraction.
  • Integrate OCR outputs with LLM-powered AI agents to build seamless information processing workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, gather requirements, and deliver tailored AI-driven solutions.
  • Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure robust AI performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in LLM fine-tuning (e.g., GPT, BERT) with familiarity in frameworks like Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs.
  • Proficient in traditional OCR methods using tools such as PaddleOCR or equivalent.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
