Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion of electrical engineering phases.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Technical Leadership
    • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with electrical engineering standards and regulations.
    • Review and approve technical submissions from project teams.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering project management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Registered Supervisor with SPPG (Pink Pass Holder).
    • Knowledge of Siemens 230kV & 66kV systems.
