About the Role

We are seeking an intern to join our R&D team as a R&D Scientist. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals to conduct experiments and trials under their guidance.

You will be responsible for running pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, preparing and maintaining equipment and ingredients, capturing and reporting data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensuring the safe working and operation of equipment and environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Working knowledge of laboratory and/or pilot plant operations
  • Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
