Process Equipment Specialist

Job Description

As a Process Equipment Specialist, you will work with a team of engineers responsible for process start-up, development and optimization, product yield, quality and reliability improvements, cost reduction, cycle-time & productivity improvements, risk management, solving sophisticated manufacturing line issues and engineering operations such as wafer dispositions and process release qualifications.

This position also identifies, diagnose and troubleshoot complicated process related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC methodology.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and improve process condition and technology.
  • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
  • Establish and modify process management projects.
  • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
  • Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
  • Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Min Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent.

Problem-solving mindset with a drive for finding effective solutions.

Passion and interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and memory industry.

Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).

Strong personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment, Engineering Statistical data analysis would be advantageous.
