Job Title: Patient Service Associate, Cardiac Clinics

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Patient Service Associate in our cardiac clinics. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure seamless patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling patient service duties such as assisting doctors, radiographers, and patients in consultation and scan rooms.
  • Conducting basic patient assessments.
  • Transferring patients to scanner tables.
  • Liaising with departments on patient appointments for tests/procedures.
  • Briefing patients on preparation needed prior to tests/procedures.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A general Diploma, GCE 'O'/'N'/'A' Level or Certificate in Clinic Practice/Healthcare (Administrative Support) or its equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Pleasant disposition with good communication skills.
  • Ability to speak a second language or dialect(s) an advantage for liaising with non-English speaking patients.
