Office Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Office Support Specialist to join our team at Raffles Employment PTE. LTD. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to senior leaders, manage office operations, and ensure seamless day-to-day activities.
About the Role
As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing front-desk coverage, managing phone systems, greeting guests, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment. You will also plan and schedule company meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain filing systems, contact databases, and employee lists.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence, memo generation, and distribution of documents
• Manage office supplies, food deliveries, and group meeting logistics
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, contact databases, and employee lists
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Skills
Apart from the essential requirements, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience in office management, budgeting, and developing internal processes.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of SGD 45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
