Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Governance Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management department, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks across the organization.

Your primary focus will be on strengthening internal controls and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This will involve working closely with business partners and stakeholders to design and implement effective risk management processes.

  • Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies and policies
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement effective internal controls to mitigate identified risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in risk management or internal audit, preferably in a multinational organization
  • Excellent knowledge of auditing principles and risk-based auditing methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
