About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Specialist to design and develop automated systems for process manufacturing in a fast-paced factory environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including proficiency in machine design, automation, and troubleshooting. They will be responsible for conducting thorough machine verification to ensure specifications are met and quality products are produced.

In this role, you will work closely with vendors and project teams from concept design through to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). You will also support the standardization of machine manuals related to maintenance and safety, assist factories with new equipment, modifications, and troubleshooting to achieve OEE goals.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide training and support to local technicians within the department and factories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated systems for process manufacturing
  • Conduct thorough machine verification to ensure specifications are met
  • Work closely with vendors and project teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support the standardization of machine manuals and procedures
  • Provide training and support to local technicians

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in factory automation machine design and automation
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and Machine Vision
  • Able to understand basic PLC and HMI programming
