Payment Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Payment Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with global payment schemes to drive compliant collaboration models that align with business objectives.
  • Design and optimize commercial models, including incentive structures and cost-sharing mechanisms, to support the scalable launch of digital wallet integrations and card-rail-based payments.
  • Analyze industry trends across the global digital wallet and scheme payment landscape to provide strategic insights for new market entries and operational improvements.
  • Prioritize cross-border payment team collaboration and internal stakeholder engagement to evaluate business readiness, regulatory, and technical compatibility for large-scale rollouts in APAC.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in developing and iterating internal operational rules and partner onboarding frameworks based on real-world rollout experience in established and emerging markets.
  • Support investment initiatives to enhance infrastructure access and market penetration for global payment products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in payment partnerships or more, including direct ownership of card scheme collaboration and global digital wallet integration.
  • Proven ability to manage complex negotiations with external partners and execute high-impact agreements.
  • Hands-on experience in defining operational policies and building rulebooks for large-scale payment ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory considerations, incentive alignment, and go-to-market readiness across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive, capable of operating at both tactical and strategic levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to align diverse global teams and partners towards a common execution plan.
  • Master's degree in Finance or a related field from a top global institution is preferred.
