Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Tuition Centre Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our tuition centre.

 

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will have experience in managing tuition centres and a strong background in Chinese and language subjects.
  • You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students, developing lesson materials, and providing feedback to help students achieve visible improvement in academic results.
  • Additionally, you will be required to plan student activities, post-exam activities, and curriculum, ensuring smooth operation of the centre.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver lessons in an engaging and dynamic manner based on our curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Develop lesson materials and provide feedback to help students achieve visible improvement in academic results.
  • Plan student activities, post-exam activities, and curriculum ensuring smooth operation of the centre.
  • Liaise with parents and students on any changes to schedule.
  • Handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre.

 

Requirements
  • Degree obtained from Singapore Local Government Universities or Universities of China.
  • Experience in managing tuition centre.
  • Strong in Chinese and language subjects.
  • Possess passion in education – committed to nurturing the students and making effort to continually improve yourself.
  • Demonstrate dynamic and confident approachable disposition.
  • Strong communication (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
