We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our team in delivering commercial interior renovation projects from concept to completion.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
- Office Location: Eunos
- Salary: Up to $5000
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise closely with clients and designers to provide project team expertise and supervision.
- Verify and confirm quotations from suppliers/contractors, especially for indent items.
- Assist in managing changes to the project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Ensure all plans/documents are approved by landlords/local authorities prior to commencement of work.
- Conduct site marking/inspection prior to commencement of work.
- Conduct regular site meetings.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Construction, or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years experience in large-scale projects (commercial/space/retail/F&B).
- Good experiences in project management and site coordination.
