About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate assets across Southeast Asia, Korea, Hong Kong, and China.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset hold-sell strategies, including cash flow modeling and business planning.
  • Partner with portfolio managers to lead disposition efforts and support acquisitions.
  • Oversight of property management standards, including stakeholder management and operational risk mitigation.
  • Support portfolio management, transactions, and financing activities, including portfolio reporting and investor relations.
  • Develop and deliver asset enhancement initiatives, including project management and coordination with external consultants.
  • Coordinate valuation, insurance, and sustainability programs, including quarterly appraisals and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other Asset Management colleagues in Asia on regional projects.
Requirements
  • Strong background in finance, economics, or real estate, with a degree from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in Argus or Voyanta a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
