Job Title: Sales Representative

This is a dynamic and challenging role in which you will be required to provide an exceptional customer experience. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers and providing a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide a high standard of customer service.
  • Ensure that individual and outlet targets are achieved.
  • Ensure adherence of outlet staff to all company policies / procedures, such as punctuality etc.
  • Works closely with fellow shop assistants and develop good cooperation and teamwork.
  • Ensure proper grooming standards which are in line with company's image at all times.
  • Upkeep shop and maintain display standards.
  • Ensure storeroom is maintained clean and neat at all times in accordance with company's guidelines/ requirements.
  • Ensure that merchandise & visual display is adhered to HQ direction.
