Job Title: Instrumentation Design Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Design Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the detailed design and preparation of drawings for instrumentation related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and develop P&ID diagrams, technical data sheets, and I/O wiring diagrams.
  • Perform instrumentation calculations for project designs.
  • Review instrumentation documents and specifications from clients and consultants.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues at site and in office.
  • Coordinate with engineers of other disciplines within the department.
  • Prepare pre-procurement documentation, including evaluation of technical and commercial bids from vendors and suppliers.
  • Provide engineering support in tendering of new projects, including preliminary design, material, and cost estimates.
  • Provide technical support to project teams for ongoing projects and resolve any technical issues on site.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, work procedures/method statements, and monthly progress claims.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You should have a solid understanding of instrumentation design principles and practices, as well as experience working with relevant software tools and technologies.
