Fleet Maintenance Specialist

The Fleet Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability of the fleet and its maintenance plan. This role involves technical support, innovation, and problem-solving to improve efficiency and quality. As a key member of the Fleet Support Centre team, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve project targets and maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze technical performances and maintenance processes to propose action plans for improvement.
- Search for improvement actions in maintenance operations and perform engineering interface activities with Operations Engineers.
- Analyze failure criticality studies and use RCM methodologies to define and optimize maintenance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires an Engineering University Degree or B Tech, preferably in Electric Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation, or Computer Science. You should have 2-3 years of experience in maintenance activities, data analysis capabilities, and proficiency in MS Office. A working knowledge of safety management systems and risk assessment is also desirable.
