We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing harness design solutions within a CAD environment, ensuring compliance with internal design standards and specifications.

About the Role:

  • Develop harness designs aligned with schematics provided by program teams.
  • Select wires, terminals, connectors, and other electrical devices.
  • Conduct pre-reviews with technical reviewers, complete PLM tasks, track progress, and address rework requirements.
  • FOLLOW ALL ELECTRICAL DESIGN STANDARDS AND PROCESSES.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver designs within agreed quality and timelines.
  • Review inputs, estimate effort, and provide delivery commitments.
  • Identify risks for design deliveries to the project owner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on proficiency in Creo Cabling, Schematics, Pro-Diagram, and AutoCAD.
  • Electrical network analysis, component selection, drafting rules, and principles (ASME Y14.5M).
  • Bill of Materials (BOM) knowledge.
