We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Strategist to lead our financial operations during a critical growth phase. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in public company financial leadership, regulatory compliance, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial aspects of strategic planning, including audit readiness, financial disclosures, and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with investment banks, legal counsel, and auditors to ensure a successful business strategy.

• Develop and manage investor relations strategies, including earnings calls, investor presentations, and shareholder communications.

• Drive financial strategy to support long-term growth and profitability.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.

• Monitor financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, CPA, CFA or equivalent professional certification, and at least 7 years of senior financial leadership experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be results-driven, and have a passion for finance.
