Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Director and provide regular project updates.
  • Lead and manage project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and update the Master Programme, identify critical paths, and devise recovery programmes when necessary.
  • Lead and mentor the project team to ensure site activities comply with specifications, budget, and timelines.
  • Plan and coordinate all construction sequences, operations, and intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
  • Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth progress.
  • Oversee resources planning (manpower, equipment, and materials) with strict adherence to budgetary controls.
  • Prepare progress reports, track costs, and present updates to stakeholders through meetings.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations, the latest WSH Act, and approved drawings/specifications.
  • Manage and enforce OHS compliance, promptly reporting and addressing any incidents.
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for team members.
  • Obtain permits and licenses from relevant authorities as required.
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by PE Board/BCA).
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant managerial experience handling multiple projects.
  • Extensive experience in managing HDB projects is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
  • Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and project management skills.
  • A team player who is independent, meticulous, diligent, and well-organized.
  • Positive work attitude with strong commitment to quality, safety, and project delivery.
