Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our team in shaping the minds of young children and contributing to their growth and development.

  • This is a full-time position responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing educational programs for preschoolers in accordance with centre's policies and frameworks.
  • You will assist in preparing progress reports on children and creating developmental portfolios for each child.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up stimulating and engaging learning environments that promote inquiry-based learning.
  • You will also be responsible for carrying out routine care duties to ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.
  • As part of the teaching staff, you will work closely with other educators to achieve shared goals.
  • Building strong partnerships with parents is also essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of preschoolers.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports on children and create developmental portfolios for each child.
  • Caregiving: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children by performing routine caregiving tasks.

  • Parent Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with parents through regular updates and open communication.
